Colliers recognized as one of BSP’s Outstanding Stakeholders for 2025

Colliers has once again earned recognition from the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), underscoring its role as a trusted source of real estate intelligence in the country for more than 15 years.

In July, the central bank named Colliers as one of its Outstanding Stakeholders for 2025, citing the company’s consistent contribution of market insights and data that help inform BSP reports. These reports, which guide the Monetary Board in reviewing and crafting monetary policies, draw heavily from Colliers’ research on the property sector.

“Colliers’ goal is to become the definitive source of real estate information in the Philippines. We continue to provide timely and accurate information to our partners in the real estate, banking, and government sectors,” said Joey Roi Bondoc, Colliers Director and Head of Research.

Managing Director Richard Raymundo added, “This recognition from the BSP clearly reflects our excellent data-driven approach in the real estate service industry, and we look forward to further enhancing our capability, boosting our partnership with the private and public sector, and delivering high-quality reports and data that prove crucial to many policy-making institutions.”

The firm publishes quarterly market reports covering the office, residential, retail, hotel, and industrial segments. Presented during briefings in February, April, July, and October, these reports are among the most widely accessed in the industry, averaging more than 1,000 downloads per month in the first half of 2025.

Colliers received a 2,000-Piso Centennial Commemorative Banknote from the BSP.

Colliers also maintains a strong presence in local media, consistently capturing more than 50 percent of industry share of voice and being the most cited real estate consultancy across major news outlets.

Offering a full suite of services in commercial real estate, Colliers’ expertise spans tenant and landlord representation, capital markets and investment services, industrial services, valuation, advisory, property and project management, and residential sales. As of June 2025, the company manages over 3.5 million square meters of space across 92 buildings, supported by a team of more than 700 professionals.
