RLC Residences has emerged as the top residential condominium brand in terms of both Top-of-Mind Awareness and Purchase Intent, based on a recent Kantar study of Filipino home seekers across Metro Manila, key provinces, and Cebu.
The study surveyed 1,035 property decision-makers aged 25 to 60 from class ABC1 households actively looking to purchase a condo in the next two to three years. RLC Residences outperformed other developers in the mid-tier segment, gaining strong recognition for value for money, property appreciation, and customer service.
Among those who had broker interactions, the brand was highly associated with knowledgeable agents, flexible payment terms, and digital condo services. Respondents also cited strong word-of-mouth from friends and family.
“The recognition affirms our commitment to being a brand that listens, understands, and delivers on what today’s Filipino home seekers truly value,” said John Richard Sotelo, Senior Vice President and General Manager of RLC Residences and Chief Marketing Officer of Robinsons Land.
RLC Residences was formed in 2021 through the consolidation of Robinsons Luxuria, Residences, and Communities. Within its first year, the brand entered the Top 3 for awareness. By 2025, it claims the No. 1 spot, well ahead of its original 10-year goal.
“This is a big milestone for us. When we relaunched the brand, we had a 10-year goal to reach the top. To get here in just four years is something we’re incredibly proud of,” said Karen Cesario, Marketing Head and Chief Integration Officer of RLC Residences.
The brand’s current portfolio includes Le Pont Residences in Bridgetowne, Mantawi Residences in Mandaue, Sierra Valley Gardens in Cainta, Woodsville Crest in Parañaque, SYNC near C5, and MIRA in Quezon City.
RLC Residences also recently mounted the “Hello, Home, Forever” Expo 2025, offering buyers an immersive look at its projects. Beyond real estate, the brand supports young athletes through Raising Little Champions, a program run with IRONKIDS Philippines.
