Primehomes bags sustainability award for Capitol Hills development

Primehomes Real Estate Development, Inc. has won the “Sustainable Mid-Rise Condominium Development of the Year – Philippines” award at the 2025 Real Estate Asia Awards for its flagship project, Primehomes Capitol Hills.

Located along Capitol Hills Drive in Quezon City, the 3.6-hectare masterplanned community devotes 70% of its land to open spaces—courtyards, promenades, and parks—living up to its “urban oasis” vision.

“Receiving this award validates our mission of creating purposeful communities where residents thrive in nature and technology,” said Arch. Nathaniel L. Romero, Chairman of Primehomes Real Estate Development, Inc. “This inspires us to continue leading the way in responsible design and sustainable development.”

The development incorporates green building practices, such as energy-efficient materials and a rainwater harvesting system. It follows DENR guidelines, with a Pollution Control Officer on site, designated no-smoking zones, and proper waste segregation protocols.

Primehomes also partnered with Samsung Philippines to integrate IoT smart home technology in every unit of the upcoming Althea Tower, making it the first Philippine mid-rise development to do so. Residents will be able to control appliances, lighting, and security systems remotely.

Amenities like the Anahaw Pavilion clubhouse, fitness center, art space, pet park, and potager garden support a wellness-oriented, community-driven lifestyle. Gated towers equipped with RFID access, CCTVs, and on-site personnel add an extra layer of security.

With this recognition, Primehomes strengthens its position as a pioneer in building sustainable, tech-integrated, and people-centered communities.
