The acquisition, now part of the Ayala Land Hospitality (ALH) portfolio, marks another step in ALI’s strategy to grow its footprint in high-value urban centers. Already home to several of ALH’s business and lifestyle hotels, Makati remains a central focus for the group’s hospitality developments.
