Ayala Land’s newest district in Cavite—Southmont Central—opened to strong market reception, selling 43% of its available inventory on launch day. Located within the expansive 800-hectare Southmont estate, Southmont Central spans 36 hectares and is envisioned as the estate’s civic and commercial heart. - Verdea, Alveo Land’s second residential offering in Southmont, has sold 52% of its 372 lots, with turnovers projected to begin in early 2026.
Turnover of commercial lots in Southmont Central is slated for the third quarter of 2028, setting the stage for what Ayala Land envisions as a vibrant and future-ready urban core in Cavite.
