Rockwell Land breaks ground on the Samanean at Paradise Farms in Bulacan

Rockwell Land held the ceremonial groundbreaking and lowering of the time capsule at The Samanean at Paradise Farms, its first residential development in Bulacan. This event marks the start of construction for the horizontal community, which has been met with positive reception as it successfully sold out its first phase, shortly after its launch last December 2024.

Present during the event were Rockwell Land Chairman and CEO Nestor J. Padilla, President and COO Valerie L. Soliven, Executive Vice President Davy Tan, Architect Alice Erfe, Engr. Jan Philip de Castro of ASDEC Builders, and Dr. Andy Tan, along with other consultants, and members of the Rockwell team.

During the event, guests were taken to the property’s viewing deck where they were able to see a glimpse of the nature-inspired community and its Mt. Balagbag view. They were also given a chance to get a sneak peek of the site where The Lanai will be built, a venue where guests and clients can soon experience an immersive preview into the outdoor living that awaits them. Here, one will find a glamping area, hiking trails and a pool.

The Samanean at Paradise Farms is a sprawling 110-hectare residential community that features a harmonious blend of nature-inspired and modern living. It offers expansive lot sizes ranging from 252 to 449 sqm in its first phase. With the property situated in natural high elevations, residents will also enjoy more experiential amenities like a biking trail, glamping area, yoga deck, and nature-inspired play zones, among others. These will likewise be complemented by a central amenity area and a retail row for convenience.

The property is also situated in one of Bulacan’s fast-evolving cities, San Jose Del Monte. While already accessible via Skyway Stage 3 and the North Luzon Expressway, the city will be further enriched by proximity to major infrastructure projects like the MRT Line 7 and the new Manila International Airport. These developments are set to further drive San Jose Del Monte City’s economic growth, and increase connectivity and accessibility for residents of The Samanean.

Further Expanding: 500-hectares adding to Rockwell’s portfolio

For almost three decades, Rockwell has set the standard for elevated living, offering thoughtfully-designed communities that seamlessly blend living and leisure. It has since grown its presence in locations across the Philippines, with projects in Pampanga, Cebu, Bacolod, Laguna, and Batangas.

This year, in time for the developer’s 30th anniversary, Rockwell is embarking on its widest expansion yet with over 500 hectares added to its portfolio in new horizontal developments. This marks a significant move for the developer, which has become known for its condominium communities. Aside from The Samanean in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, Rockwell’s expansion also includes two other newly launched projects, Molinillo at Rockwell Center Lipa, and Lauan Ridges in Batangas. Currently in the pipeline is a premium beachfront development in Lian, Batangas that’s set to launch within the year.

These underscore Rockwell’s commitment to bringing master-planned, well-curated spaces to more locations across the country. The Samanean at Paradise Farms represents the first chapter of the developer’s bigger vision for its expansion and growth, bringing the distinct lifestyle it has become known for to broader communities.
