Eton Properties celebrates 18 years of growth and transformation

Eton Properties Philippines, Inc. (EPPI), the real estate arm of the Lucio Tan Group, proudly celebrates its 18th anniversary, marking nearly two decades of shaping communities, delivering quality developments, and driving innovation. The milestone was commemorated with the Beyond18 campaign, reinforcing the company’s vision of going beyond limits, beyond innovation, and beyond today.

Held at its head office in Makati City, the celebration gathered over 200 employees, along with key executives and was supported by sister companies in the LT Group, including Tanduay Distillers, Inc. and Century Park Hotel. More than just commemorating a milestone, the event highlighted Eton’s ongoing transformation and renewed strategic direction.

The celebration also introduced a refreshed brand identity, new corporate materials, and digital assets that reinforce the company’s commitment to the future.
