Introducing Access Ayala Land
An online property management dashboard that can be accessed anytime and anywhere, Access Ayala Land allows Ayala Land property owners to stay updated and connected with their property management. Owners of Ayala Land Premier, Alveo, Avida, and Amaia properties are entitled to a free account, which they can easily activate to enjoy the benefits of the platform.
Track all payments
We recognize the importance of every investment, which is why Access Ayala Land empowers homeowners to stay on top of their property payments. Under the “Track Payments” tab, users can inquire on the status of their auto-debit activation or Dragonpay enrollment and access their statement of account anytime. They can also view receipts for all their transactions, whether they pay via bank deposit, wire transfer, or another payment method. And, of course, they can also check their remaining balance and see how far along they are on their payment journey.
Get updates and appointments
We understand that building properties is also about building dreams, that’s why it’s important for us that our homeowners are involved in every step of the construction process. Under the “Construction Updates” section, property owners can check the progress of their property as it’s being built, keeping them always in the loop. They can also use Access Ayala Land to schedule appointments for unit viewing and to request for and pick up their property titles, stock certificates, or tax declarations.
Consolidate all documents
Handling paperwork can be tedious, so instead of making our clients repeatedly submit the same documentary requirements, we’ve designated Access Ayala Land as the secure, digital repository for all these files. Under the “View Documents” tab, homeowners can upload required documents or download their official receipts. This facilitates and simplifies document submissions and requests between homeowners, their agents, and their property management.
