Dreams begin as a flicker of hope—an idea, a vision, a possibility. But to make them real, we must believe in them, nurture them, and work tirelessly to bring them to life.
I still remember the early days of Wilcon Depot, when reaching a hundred stores was just that—a dream. Standing at the threshold of another milestone, I am reminded that dreams do not stop when achieved—they evolve, grow, and inspire even bigger ones.
A little over three months ago, we reached a dream that once felt so distant—our 100th store. It was a moment filled with gratitude, reflection, and celebration. But as I stood there, looking at what we had built, I knew something certain— this was not the finish line.
March 7, 2025 highlights another significant milestone for Wilcon Depot as we proudly open our 101st store in Tuba, Benguet. This marks our second store in this beautiful province, known for its cool climate, breathtaking mountain ranges, and lush valleys. Benguet is also a vital hub for agriculture, serving as a major producer of highland vegetables that nourish communities across the country. With this expansion, we are not only bringing our wide range of home improvement and construction products closer to the people of Benguet but also contributing to the local economy by creating jobs and fostering growth within the community.
Attending another store opening, I often reflect on how far we have come. From a single humble store in Quezon Avenue to reaching more communities nationwide, Wilcon Depot’s journey is built on hard work, trust, and a deep sense of purpose. After our #FlyHighTo100 campaign, we continue to build more stores to reach every Filipino who believes in us, create more jobs for locals, and support the partners who grow with us.
And this is just the beginning because we have even more in store. As I said when we opened our 100th store,
“Isang Daang Wilcon, Isang Daan pang Wilcon.”
