Damosa Land sees stronger, steadier 2025

As Mindanao’s property sector surges forward in 2025, Damosa Land reaffirms its position as a catalyst for growth, leveraging strategic collaborations, eco-centric innovations, and a steadfast commitment to community-building. Fresh off a strong 2024, the firm is poised to deepen its footprint across the region, backed by a portfolio spanning industrial, residential, and leisure developments.

Partnerships powering progress

At the heart of Damosa Land’s momentum is the Anflo Industrial Estate (AIE) in Panabo City, Davao del Norte—a 206-hectare ecozone that has become a magnet for global investors. In 2024, the estate welcomed Head Sport, the world’s largest tennis ball producer, which is set to inaugurate its P169.2-million facility in Q2 2025. The zone also attracted GMAC Logitech Refrigeration Corporation, a joint venture between AC Logistics and Glacier Megafridge, which broke ground on a 12,000-pallet cold storage facility to boost agro-industrial efficiency.

Adding to its roster is Tide Solar, which is investing $3 million (P169.2 million) to establish a solar panel manufacturing hub, further positioning AIE as a beacon of sustainable industry.

Damosa Land President Ricardo “Cary” Lagdameo leads the inspection of the ongoing land development at Kahi Estates in Davao City, which includes the Primary Underground Power Distribution Systems and the road network preparation. The agri-residence will be the first in Davao to implement underground cabling, eliminating the presence of overhead wires on the streets.

“We believe true progress is built on strategic partnerships that create meaningful impact. By aligning with industries where we find synergy, we can empower communities, generate jobs, and inspire excellence, ensuring every collaboration drives mutual growth and lasting progress,” said Damosa Land President Cary Lagdameo.

Innovation meets sustainability

Staying true to its legacy of pioneering eco-friendly developments, Damosa Land launched Kahi Estates in 2024—Davao City’s first agri-residence community with fully underground utilities—setting a new benchmark for green living. The firm also unveiled the HQ Center in Cagayan de Oro, a commercial hub designed to accelerate business growth in Northern Mindanao.

Meanwhile, the Agriya Township in Panabo City continues to thrive, anchored by the UP Professional School for Agriculture and the Environment (UP PSAE) and the mixed-use Agriya Gardens.

2025 Expansion: Leisure, tourism, and community impact

With 706,177 sqm of leasable space, 265 tenants, and over 11,000 jobs generated to date, Damosa Land is doubling down on projects that blend lifestyle and economic value:

  • TRYP Condotel on Samal Island: Developed with PHINMA, this waterfront property aims to revitalize local tourism.
  • Bridgeport Marina Lifestyle Estate: The first tower of Bridgeport Park will be inaugurated in 2025, with its second tower nearing completion.
  • 5150 Triathlon at Bridgeport: Partnering with Sunrise Events, Damosa Land will host the endurance race, spotlighting Samal Island’s potential as a sports tourism destination.

“Our journey last year has been a testament to innovation and community-centered growth, which are the foundation of a bright future in Mindanao’s real estate landscape. With our plans and projects set for 2025, we remain steadfast in our mission to drive sustainable development and economic progress across the region,” Lagdameo added.
