Dusit International to open two new hotels in Mindanao by 2029

BANGKOK, THAILAND – Dusit International, a leading hotel and property development company from Thailand, has announced its continued expansion in the Philippines through a partnership with IDC Prime, a wholly owned subsidiary of Italpinas Development Corporation. The collaboration will bring two new upper-midscale hotels under the Dusit Princess brand to Northern Mindanao, marking another milestone in Dusit’s growth.

Scheduled to open in late 2029, Dusit Princess Moena and Dusit Princess Firenze will deliver premium hospitality experiences while embracing sustainability, innovation, and Thai-inspired gracious service.

Dusit Princess Moena: A Jewel in Bukidnon’s Lush Landscape

Dusit Princess Moena will be a standout feature of the Moena Mountain Estate, a sustainability-focused mixed-use development located in Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon. Nestled on the outskirts of the Mount Kitanglad Range Natural Park, this 184-key hotel will blend harmoniously with its lush, forested surroundings.

The hotel will cater to both leisure and business travelers, offering an impressive array of amenities, including a lobby lounge, an all-day dining restaurant, an outdoor pool, a fully equipped gym, a yoga room, a business center, and a versatile multipurpose area.

Known as the “Baguio of Mindanao,” the nearby town of Dahilayan attracts visitors with its cool climate, stunning mountain scenery, and outdoor adventures. Dusit Princess Moena will further enhance this appeal, complementing popular attractions such as Dahilayan Adventure Park and Del Monte Pineapple plantations.

Dusit Princess Firenze: A Green Landmark in Cagayan de Oro

Further north, Dusit Princess Firenze will take pride of place within the Firenze Green Tower project in Cagayan de Oro’s Limketkai district, close to the city’s bustling business and commercial hubs.

As part of this 14-story mixed-use development, Dusit will manage 180 hotel rooms located on the upper floors, providing guests with exceptional views and the brand’s signature service. Designed to meet the needs of the city’s growing business and leisure markets, the hotel will feature premium facilities such as a gym, spa, swimming pool, multipurpose areas, and commercial spaces.

Cagayan de Oro’s reputation as the “Adventure Capital of the Philippines” will be further bolstered by the addition of Dusit Princess Firenze, which aims to offer seamless convenience, memorable experiences, and exceptional value for travelers.
