ALogis Mabalacat: Boosting warehouse infrastructure

Further enhancing Pampanga Technopark’s offerings, ALLHC recently completed the first phase of ALogis Mabalacat, a 7,700-square-meter warehouse designed for light to medium enterprises. Construction is already underway for the second phase, which will add 18,000 square meters of gross leasable area. These ready-built facilities are designed to enable businesses to quickly establish operations, fostering economic activity and growth in the region.

Franco Alejo L. Madlangbayan, City Administrator of Mabalacat, speaking on behalf of Mayor Crisostomo C. Garbo, underscored the significance of these developments: “This will not only enhance our logistics capabilities but also create job opportunities and stimulate further growth not only in Mabalacat City but also in our region.”

Empowering Luzon’s supply chain

The integration of Artico Mabalacat and ALogis Mabalacat reinforces Luzon’s supply chain, supporting businesses across various sectors while promoting sustainable and efficient distribution networks. These advancements position Pampanga Technopark as a key player in addressing the nation’s rising demand for reliable logistics solutions, contributing significantly to the Philippines’ economic growth.
