International Workplace Group is expanding footprint in Philippines with 17 new locations in 2025

In an exciting announcement for professionals and businesses embracing the hybrid work model, International Workplace Group (IWG), the world’s largest provider of hybrid working solutions, is set to expand its Philippine presence significantly. With 17 new locations under its Regus, HQ, and Spaces brands slated for launch in 2025, IWG will grow its network in the country by over 50%, increasing its footprint to more than 50 centers by the end of next year.

These upcoming centers will be located in key areas including Makati, Cavite, Batangas, Tarlac, Tuguegarao, Ilagan, Antipolo, Santiago, Pampanga, Malolos, Montalban, and Rizal, solidifying IWG’s role in bringing flexible, high-quality workspaces closer to businesses and workers, even beyond Metro Manila.

Redefining Workspaces in the Philippines

With the rising demand for hybrid working, IWG’s expansion is designed to meet the needs of professionals and organizations seeking flexible office setups across both urban centers and regional growth areas. This strategic move aims to promote accessibility, inclusivity, and convenience while fostering economic development in emerging hubs.

In Antipolo, IWG will partner with Metro Retail Stores Group, Inc. to open its first Regus center in March 2025, transforming underutilized spaces to serve local communities and businesses. Meanwhile, in Lipa, Batangas, an area rapidly transitioning into a commercial hub, IWG will introduce a Regus center at South Supermarket during the first quarter of 2025, catering to the growing demand in the CALABA region.

Mark Dixon, CEO and Founder of IWG PLC, highlighted the significance of this milestone:
“The need for high-quality flexible workspaces continues to soar as hybrid working becomes the new normal. We are pleased to announce the opening of these new locations in the Philippines in 2025 to meet this demand in both urban centers and key regional areas. Our workplace model is proven to increase productivity and enable a business to scale up or down flexibly at significantly reduced costs.”

IWG’s upcoming spaces will feature private offices, co-working spaces, meeting rooms, and creative hubs, with options for businesses to fully customize their environments through the Design Your Own Office service.

Supporting Local Growth Through Partnerships

Key regional locations such as the Subic Bay Freeport Zone in Pampanga will also see new IWG centers, including one at Aurora Suites & Pavilion, in collaboration with Aurora Subic Leisure Inc. This center is set to launch in the first quarter of 2025 and is strategically located near an international port and airport, making it a gateway for business expansion.

Other sites, such as the Metro Shoppers Mall in Tarlac and the Sinocan Corporate Centre in Parañaque, are also part of IWG’s broader strategy to bring premium workspaces closer to communities, supporting the shift toward a “15-minute city” where workers can easily access professional environments without long commutes.
