Alsons Development and Investment Corporation (Alsons Dev) has launched a new holiday tradition at its master-planned township in Alabel, Sarangani, with the unveiling of Paskuhan sa Avia Estate. This festive destination highlights the warmth and joy of Paskong Pinoy, offering the community a vibrant space for connection and celebration.
The launch event, held on November 29, featured a countdown to the grand lighting ceremony, followed by a guided tour of the Model Village. Guests were treated to a heartwarming performance by the General Santos Youth Orchestra and Choir, which added to the evening’s festive atmosphere.
Demonstrating its commitment to the community, Alsons Dev partnered with the Sarangani Home for Girls and Women—a government-operated facility in Barangay Poblacion, Alabel. This facility provides shelter and rehabilitation for survivors of abuse and exploitation and is the chosen beneficiary of Avia Estate’s holiday celebration.
