The BERDE (Building for Ecologically Responsive Design Excellence) certification, developed by the Philippine Green Building Council, is the country’s benchmark for sustainability in building and district development. Guided by the World Green Building Council’s globally recognized criteria, it evaluates projects based on their environmental performance, surpassing existing regulations and mandatory green standards.
