MVP-led Landco Pacific hits second US Roadshow with inviting shores of luxury

Landco Pacific Corporation, a subsidiary of Metro Pacific Investments Corporation (MPIC) under the leadership of Manuel V. Pangilinan, successfully wrapped up its second annual US Roadshow. The event catered to the growing interest of Filipino-Americans (Fil-Ams) and US-based investors and retirees in owning luxurious beachfront homes that combine leisure and investment opportunities.

The roadshow featured a series of events, starting with a kick-off gathering at Rosewood Hotel in Menlo Park, California, followed by the inauguration of Landco Pacific’s new office at the Philippine Center in San Francisco. A highlight was the partnership forged with Susan Po-Rufino, a Luxury Property Specialist with Coldwell Banker Realty, a globally recognized brokerage firm. The roadshow concluded with an engaging luncheon at the Hilton Pasadena.

In Honor of Filipino American History and as part of its US Roadshow, Landco Pacific hosted and co-organized with Marcie Taylor a special dinner for Filipino-American leaders and entrepreneurs at Terrace by Mix Mix in Costa Mesa, California. In line with Filipino American History Month, Landco Pacific hosted an intimate dinner at Terrace by Mix Mix in South Coast Plaza, California. The event, co-organized with marketing expert Marcie Taylor, gathered Fil-Am leaders and influencers, including Chef Ross Pangilinan and Giselle Tongi-Walters of Fil-Am ARTS. The evening featured a Filipino-inspired menu and discussions on how Landco’s developments connect cultural pride with financial opportunities.
