Ayala Land, Inc. (ALI) has once again proven its commitment to excellence, receiving the prestigious BCI Top Ten Developers Award at the BCI Asia Awards 2024. Recognized for its innovative and sustainable projects, Ayala Triangle Gardens Tower 2 (ATG 2) and Ayala North Exchange stood out as exemplary developments in the competition held at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
Ayala Triangle Gardens Tower 2, located at the heart of the renowned Ayala Triangle Gardens in Makati, is ALI’s latest iconic development. Spanning 18,150 square meters, ATG 2 seamlessly integrates with the lush greenery of its surroundings, creating a dynamic balance between nature and modern architecture. The tower, which holds both LEED Gold and WELL Gold certifications, promises a healthy, productive, and elevated experience for its tenants and visitors alike.
Ayala North Exchange, situated along Ayala Avenue in Makati’s bustling Central Business District, is a LEED-certified mixed-use complex. The development is specifically designed to accommodate multinational corporations and business process outsourcing (BPO) companies, providing premium office spaces alongside a retail podium that features various dining and convenience options. Additionally, it includes Seda Residences Makati, a hotel-residence hybrid that caters to both short-term and long-term stays.
Further highlighting ALI’s portfolio of sustainable developments is One Evotech, the company’s first technopod in its Nuvali estate in Laguna. This 4-story building, certified LEED Silver, is designed to meet the operational needs of IT and BPO companies. Strategically located near Nuvali’s lakes, parks, and retail hubs, One Evotech exemplifies Ayala Land’s vision of creating dynamic, future-ready workspaces.
