Ayala Land, ALLHC, and AREIT recognized for Excellence in Corporate Governance

Ayala Land, Inc. (ALI) continues to lead the way in corporate governance, receiving the prestigious 4-Golden Arrow recognition at the 2024 ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) Golden Arrow Awards. The event, held at the Manila Marriott Hotel on September 19, 2024, also saw ALI subsidiaries AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC) and AREIT, Inc. honored with 4-Golden Arrows and 3-Golden Arrows, respectively.

The ACGS evaluates publicly listed companies (PLCs) from six ASEAN nations, ranking them based on their adherence to corporate governance standards. This initiative, spearheaded by the ASEAN Capital Markets Forum (ACMF) and supported by the Asian Development Bank, aims to elevate corporate governance practices across the region.
