EJ Obiena fan meet at Ayala Malls Manila Bay ignites Filipinos’ passion for sports

Ayala Malls Manila Bay recently hosted another world-class sports event, featuring Asia’s premier pole vaulter and acclaimed Filipino athlete, EJ Obiena, in the “High Flying Hangout with EJ Obiena” on September 15.

Hundreds of fans flocked to Ayala Malls Manila Bay for an exhilarating afternoon, where they had the rare opportunity to meet EJ up close. The event featured a meet and greet, photo sessions with EJ and 300 fortunate fans, and a heartfelt conversation with EJ and other top Filipino athletes. Notable sports figures such as volleyball star Alyssa Valdez, women’s football team captain Hali Long, and karate gold medalist Jamie Lim joined EJ Obiena in sharing personal insights into their journeys as athletes representing the Philippines. Their stories were meant to inspire more people, particularly the youth, to embrace sports and contribute to nation-building.
