Hana Garden Villas breaks ground for community clubhouse

Hana Garden Villas, the exclusive Japanese-inspired enclave nestled in Cabuyao, Laguna, marked a key milestone in its development with the groundbreaking ceremony for its new clubhouse. Led by officials from Chan Toei Properties (CTP), the event welcomed project consultants, partners, and local government representatives to celebrate the next phase of this innovative community.

Just an hour’s drive from Metro Manila, Hana Garden Villas merges modern living with the elegance of Japanese design, using cutting-edge engineering and construction techniques from Japan. The project is a collaboration between Prime Eastern Spring Holdings (PESH), a Filipino company, and TOEI Housing Corporation of Japan.

The clubhouse is designed by Jorge Yulo Architects and Associates (JYAA), with the master plan envisioned by Joel Luna Planning and Design, and landscaping curated by CLARQ Design Studio. The homes themselves are crafted by an acclaimed team, including Leandro V. Locsin Partners, TOEI, and Fedore O. Yap Architects (FOYA). Buyers can choose from spacious three- and four-bedroom villas that reflect timeless Japanese aesthetics.

During the event, CTP Chairman Jose Mari Chan emphasized the importance of the clubhouse in fostering a vibrant community. “The clubhouse will be a gathering place, where friendships are nurtured and joy is shared,” he said.

Architect Jorge Yulo shared personal insights on the project, having grown up in the same area. “Designing a structure for a place that holds my childhood memories is truly special,” he said. “I hope future residents will create their memories here and proudly call it home.”

CTP’s Chief Technical Officer, Tomokazu Aoyama, outlined the amenities awaiting homeowners, including a function hall, gym, swimming pool, kids’ playroom, and garden. “I am grateful for the tremendous progress we’ve made in developing this community,” he noted.

In a heartfelt video message from Japan, TOEI President Chihiro Sato reflected on the journey of Hana Garden Villas. “From our first groundbreaking two years ago to this significant moment, I am proud of what we’ve accomplished. I thank everyone involved, especially our buyers who have trusted in our vision,” he said.

Since its launch in 2022, Hana Garden Villas has captivated the market with its well-thought-out designs, selling out 95 percent of its initial inventory. With construction in full swing, the fourth and final phase has now been opened to interested buyers, with unit turnovers expected in the coming months.
