Torre Lorenzo named Best Companies to Work For in Asia and Most Caring Companies for three consecutive years

THREE-PEAT: Torre Lorenzo Development Corporation (TLDC) has been recognized as HR Asia’s Best Companies to Work For in Asia from 2022 to 2024. The Company was also bestowed a special award as one of the Most Caring Companies in Asia for three consecutive years.

The HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia Awards is a prestigious recognition for companies across Asia who have been identified by their employees as some of the best employers to work for. It recognizes companies with the best HR practices and demonstrate high levels of employee engagement and excellent workplace cultures. The Most Caring Companies Award is given to companies that demonstrate exemplary efforts in creating a culture of empathy and care within the organization. The winners were chosen through an independent judging process based on an employee survey and best practices audit.

Among the 210 companies who participated in the assessment, 54 were named as Best Companies to Work For in Asia. Out of these 54, only 11 were named as Most Caring Companies in Asia, including Torre Lorenzo.
