The new commissary can produce up to half a million meals daily. It includes a full cold chain system, advanced wastewater management, and uses renewable energy from solar panels. With top-notch machinery and technology, Kitchen City ensures business continuity even during disasters. The facility will also play a key role in the bakery sector, offering prime space for baking operations. Located in the city’s heart, it supports major events in Greater Manila, South Luzon, and North Luzon, ensuring timely deliveries and high-quality service.
