Bridging Cultures: FNG celebrates Japan-PH Friendship Day

As the country commemorates Japan-Philippines Friendship Day on July 23, Federal Land NRE Global Inc. (FNG) embraces a strategic alliance towards setting new benchmarks and bridging the two rich cultures together.

FNG, an alliance between the two real estate giants, premier Philippine real-estate giant Federal Land, Inc. and Japanese firm Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (NRE), aims to infuse “Japanese innovation with Filipino sensibility” in milestone project developments set to rise in key cities in Metro Manila, South Luzon, and Cebu.

The partnership, led by Federal Land Chairman Alfred Ty and Nomura Real Estate Holdings Chair Eiji Kutsukake, sees a combined century of local and international real estate experience. Founded on mutual respect, and a celebration of cultural and technological exchange, FNG is expected to usher in new-level developments to pave the way to better and more dynamic lifestyles for Filipinos.

Federal Land, Inc., with over five decades of experience, stands as an influential contributor to the Philippine urban landscape. As a subsidiary of GT Capital Holdings, the company has consistently redefined city living through innovative residential developments, commercial spaces, office buildings, hotels, and integrated communities. Its presence within the GT Capital Holdings conglomerate further solidifies its position as a driving force in the industry.

On the other hand, Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., with its roots extending back to the 1950s, boasts a strong reputation in Japan’s real estate realm. Engaged in a range of activities including residential development, leasing, investment management, property brokerage, and facility management, the company is an exemplar of industry diversification. The initial project pipeline under FNG incorporates four areas of land development with a total area of about 250 hectares in Metro Manila, Cavite, and Cebu. These include residential, office, and commercial facilities.

FNG’s commitment to redefining urban living manifests through its noteworthy projects, each embodying a distinct vision for modern living.

Yume at Riverpark Cavite: A haven of Japanese inspiration

Emerging as the “Next Gen City of the South,” Riverpark is Federal Land Communities’ 600-has township intended to be a key economic and industrial center in General Trias, Cavite. The development can easily be reached via the Manila-Cavite Expressway (Cavitex), Muntinlupa-Cavite Expressway (MCX), and Daang Hari Road and several connecting roads to Cavite-Laguna Expressway (Calax).
