The prestigious Alta Vida in Bulacan secured a silver in the Residential Low-Rise category, while the exceptional Panglao Oasis in Taguig triumphed with a gold in Residential Mid-Rise NCR, and the remarkable One Oasis Cagayan de Oro claimed gold in Residential Mid-Rise Mindanao. In recognition of his outstanding achievements, FLI President and CEO Tristan Las Marias was likewise awarded with the Fellow in Real Estate Award.
