Century Spire, the 52-storey mixed use development by Century Properties in Makati bagged two major country awards at the recently concluded Asia Pacific Property Awards at the Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park, Bangkok, Thailand.

“Century Properties is proud to have made a mark with Century Spire. It is a fulfillment of our mission to put the country on the map of major developments in the Asia Pacific region, a culmination of what we set out to do with our collaborative developments,” said Century Properties president and CEO Marco Antonio.

Designed for global citizens, Century Spire features a cutting-edge appeal consistent with Daniel Libeskind’s other creations worldwide. Its common area interiors bear the celebrated Italian home fashion brand Armani/Casa’s streamlined design and precise proportions.

Century Spire was completed in 2022, which also marked the completion of Century Properties’ flagship Makati development, Century City.
