Cresendo, Ayala Land Inc.’s (ALI) 290-hectare mixed-use development in downtown Tarlac, has added a 2,100-square meter MerryMart branch to its growing portfolio.

MerryMart Cresendo broke ground on April 25, 2023.

Cresendo’s MerryMart will carry its full line grocery, pharmacy, personal care and other basic essential products, providing more grocery options to the residents of Tarlac City.

“With this partnership, we are happy to see our plans take shape as we open Cresendo to a wide range of commercial and investment activities. We are also excited to see the community take part in this development as we continue to create jobs and boost economic activity for Tarlac,” Tanco said.
