Avida launches newest showroom in Bay Area

Condominiums, house and lot projects, corporate offices, and integrated mixed-use development—you name it, and Avida Land will surely deliver its trademark expertise in providing not only opportunities for Filipinos, but also the convenience and ease they deserve in a community.

As part of its continuing legacy as a trusted developer across the country, Avida Land jump-started its 32nd anniversary by launching its newest Manila Bay Showroom. With a hundred projects in 25 prime locations, Avida Land is just starting.

The opening of the Manila Bay Showroom is testament to the brand’s legacy as a trendsetter in building peaceful and active communities for everyone.

Bing Gumboc, Vice President for Sales and Marketing, described the newest showroom as “a place where home seekers can have a quick and sweeping glimpse of the curated Avida lifestyle in its intimate yet inspiring form.”

The showroom boasts of a “Japandi” theme by M Contemporary Interior Concept Corp., which is perfect for Avida’s new residential projects: the Centralis Towers along Taft Avenue in Pasay City, and the Patio Madrigal along Roxas Boulevard in Manila.

The Centralis

A 3,380 sqm. high-rise tower, the Centralist is a five-podium development with 27 residential floors with 1,111 units.

Primed to be Avida’s face of modern urban living, the Centralis is perfect for “discerning but value-conscious professionals, aspirational young families, empty nesters, and savvy investors.”

It is strategically located at Taft Avenue. “Centralis Towers offers its residents a place where they can focus on what’s essential and a location that inspires a live-work-play lifestyle,” Regie Alabe, Avida Land’s Business Area Heed of Metro South, said in a briefing.

Patio Madrigal

This mid-rise development, on the other hand, is the first Ayala and Avida project in the Roxas Boulevard area. A joint partnership with the Madrigal family, the two-tower mid- rise development stands on a 6,222.50 sqm. land consisting of four podium levels and 14 residential floors, with 595 units in Tower 1 alone — already an architectural marvel on its own.

There will be three-level retail spaces for both commercial and office use that will complement the select amenities to cater each and every resident’s lifestyles.

Patio Madrigal is projected to have Studio units and one-bedroom and one-bath units — both suitable for the everyday go-getter: young professionals, business people, investors, OFW returnees, and of course retirees. And the part? Most of the units come with its own balcony that acts as an extension of the units’ living space, with the sprawling vie of the Manila Bay sunset and the Metro’s skyline.

Taking the first step with Avida

Since the launch of two of Avida’s newest projects, value appreciation has been at a surge — Centralis is now 22 percent sold, while Patio Madrigal is already 29 percent sold. Investment at Centralis Towers and Patio Madrigal starts at P5.9 million and P7.9 million, respectively.

Wanting the best for yourself and your family is always the first step to mapping out your future with ease as Avida is known to build for Filipinos the community they deserve for 32 years now.
