In my youth, Novaliches was a bucolic place teeming with greens and trees. It was a pleasant surprise when after a mere half an hour driving on a rough road from our house in Diliman, I smelled a scent akin to Antipolo or Tagaytay. We were in Novaliches!
Located in the northern part of Quezon City, Novaliches used to be part of Bulacan. A portion of Novaliches is now part of North Caloocan. It attempted to separate from Quezon City but it fell short in a plebiscite.

Sustainable living is complemented by disaster resiliency. In this regard, their condominiums are built on stilts raised from the ground approximately 3 meters as defense against flooding.

With all these features, Vine Residences has won the “Best Affordable Condo Development (Metro Manila)” awarded by Property Guru during the Property Awards 2021. It was also highly commended as “Best Landscape Architecture Design” by Property Guru in the Philippines in their Property Awards 2021.
