Motherhood is a very demanding job and it takes a really strong, dedicated and special woman to be called a mom. Despite the modern conveniences and technologies we are using and enjoying today, motherhood has become even more challenging. And moms need to get some rest and relaxation, even for a day.
Last June 9, moms living in the south of Metro Manila got to take a break and enjoy a day of fun activities and shopping at MomLife, A Lifestyle Market held at the East Bay Residences Clubhouse of Rockwell Primaries.
The market was dedicated to moms, soon-to-be moms, and those who are moms at heart. These special moms got to attend workshops and talks on various topics such as calligraphy and journaling, the essential tips in essential oils, summer makeup tips for busy moms, and sports and fun activities for kids. They also got to shop for mommy essentials such as baby-care needs and pregnancy skin-care products, scarves and body wraps, organic soaps and shampoo bars, essential oils, gummies and candies, shoes and clothes, and reusable cotton rounds and towels.
While the moms were learning skills on how to be modern moms, their kids played at the wooden playground sets and sensory bins, and did craft projects. Mommies and kids also had a grand time sampling yummy food.
