Hamilo Coast is Lamudi’s best mixed-use development in Luzon

Hamilo Coast, SM Prime’s premier sustainable seaside community in Nasugbu, Batangas, won the honors for 2019 Best Mixed-Use Development in Luzon at Lamudi’s The Outlook: Philippine Buyers’ Choice Property Awards, held at the Makati Shangri-La Hotel last Nov. 14.

The sought-after award recognizes Hamilo Coast’s success in integrating residential, leisure, retail, and institutional components under one sustainable lifestyle community. This latest distinction now stands in a triumvirate, together with Hamilo Coast’s previous honors as Asia’s Best Resort Residences in 2013 (by Property Report Southeast Asia) and Best Condo Development also in 2013 (by Philippine Property Awards).

Freia at Pico de Loro Cove, the newest residential development in Hamilo Coast, was also nominated for Lamudi’s 2019 Best Premium Condominium in Luzon. Providing an unrivaled beach resort experience with sweeping views of the West Philippine Sea and Pico mountain ranges, Freia’s three-step mid-rise structure is on-schedule to top-off by the first quarter of 2020 and is currently pre-selling.

Freia at Hamilo Coast’s Pico de Loro Cove is a contemporary tropical-designed mid-rise residential condo surrounded by panoramic sea views and lush mountains. Freia homeowners have exclusive access to their own themed gardens, function rooms, lounge area, and private pool.

Hosted by Lamudi, the country’s leading online real estate platform, the prestigious awards gala night is an annual get-together of the Philippine real estate industry’s luminaries and professionals. It culminates a year-long process of selecting champion developers and projects in multiple categories throughout Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. Lamudi-selected judges and consensus from over 10,000 property seekers determine the winners.
