Greenfield City’s Zadia nearing completion of first residential tower

Residential property investments are increasingly gaining traction.

According to Colliers International Philippines, high demand and low interest rates will benefit the residential market greatly so buying property now could be beneficial especially for people with cash on hand.

Last March, Equus Property Venture Inc, a wholly owned subsidiary of Greenfield Development Corporation (GDC) held its topping off ceremony for Zadia Tower 1, the first of three residential buildings in Greenfield City focused on green spaces and living closer to nature.

Zadia aims to inspire healthy living among its residents, especially as the world enters the new normal, where utmost attention is given to making sure that people are safe from any disease.

Greenfield City is a 400-hectare development in Sta. Rosa, Laguna bringing together industrial parks, premiere commercial complexes and a wide variety of residential developments that focus on quality living.

Zadia has been a welcome concept for house-hunters who would like to invest in convenient living closer to nature. The first two Zadia towers are currently sold out, with Tower 1 finishing its construction and turnover by 2021. Zadia Tower 2 will break ground within the year while Zadia Tower 3 has already been on pre-selling since January 2020.

Duane A.X. Santos, Executive Vice President and General Manager of Greenfield Development Corp. said that with the topping off ceremony of Zadia’s first tower and construction of future developments in the process, the company is seeing the seeds it once sowed starting to flourish and bear fruit.

Zadia is a mid-rise condominium in Greenfield City, perfectly marrying the conveniences of condo living with the balance and peace with living in close proximity to nature.

With the recent completion of the Cavite-Laguna Expressway (CALAX), Zadia allows its residents to comfortably travel to and from Greenfield City to the rest of Metro Manila via the Greenfield City exit, with travel time from SLEX to CALAX reduced from 90 to 45 minutes.
