DataLand unveils first township in Cagayan Province with North Gateway Business Park

Last Feb. 3, DataLand Inc. unveiled its newest project in Tuguegarao City, the North Gateway Business Park. It is the first of its kind in Tuguegarao City and is envisioned to be the new business hub of Cagayan Province and the only township development in the city.

The mixed-use estate will comprise of commercial, office, leisure and residential structures that feature the latest technology in green building materials and processes.

The North Gateway Business Park will be the first mixed-use township in Tuguegarao City.

The whole development will be pedestrian friendly with interconnected tree-lined walkways and pocket gardens. The property is planned to provide a balanced, community-focused development.

Located at the heart of Cagayan Province, the development is hoping to attract more investors to the area by targeting business enterprises such as business process outsourcing companies, investors, and local entrepreneurs.

Present during the launch of the 18-hectare township development were DataLand chair Danila Tamayo, president Engr. Andrea Marie Tamayo-Ulep, and local officials including Governor Manual Mamba and Mayor Jefferson Soriano.
