Bria makes home ownership a reality for the mass market

Aspiring homeowners all over the country now have a reason to rejoice. What is the use of developing a mass housing project when the transportation fares of residents are as big as their monthly amortizations? It defeats the purpose of buying a house. Alexa is single detached house priced between P1.3 million and P1.5 million.

Rosales proudly adds, “Prospective buyers, wherever they may come from, can search through the extensive catalog of real estate developments that the company has. For example, in Luzon, Bria Homes can be found in Calamba, Paniqui, Tarlac, Iriga, Naga and condominium developments in General Trias in Cavite. There is also an ongoing development near Montalban, Rizal, which is a 3.6 hectares and each house will have a 44-sqm. lot area of which 36 sqm. is the house area. In this development, there will be 150 units per hectare.”

In the Visayas, Bria Homes has a pending development in Danao City, which is a few kilometers north of Cebu City. In Mindanao, they have a project in Davao de Oro, which used to be Compostela Valley, as well as another development called Maco, in Valencia, Bukidnon.  The company also offers condominiums in relatively urbanized places, like General Santos City and Tagum City.”

Rosales tells media that Bria Homes has designed different types of houses for its customers to fit their budget and the general needs of the buyers. This is to ensure that the specifications of the house follows the five pillars that best describes the company’s houses. Rosales discusses and explains each type of house in the Bria Homes portfolio.  “The first type of house is called Eliana, which costs around P550,000 pesos; the second is Bettina at P950,000 to P1 million; the third is Alecza, a single detached house that is priced between P1.3 million and P1.5 million. The prices of units in the socialized housing developments of the company can only top at P1.7 million, a price that is still within the reach of the ordinary Filipino wage earner.”

Rosales expounds, “Bria Homes also has something to offer the more upscale market — Bria Homes Premiere. With this market, the starting price of each of the houses is at P3 million. Included in this segment is the Bria Cityville and the Bria Condos — two developments that exemplify the concept of inner-city development, a concept that Bria Homes is actively marketing to its customers.  These inner-city developments are actually pocket developments situated near major towns or cities. An example are the condominium projects found in Cagayan de Oro. The whole project is composed of seven buildings with each building having 80 units. The price per unit ranges from P1.2 to P1.8 million.”
