“Modern Cocoon isn’t just a stylistic idea,” Favila explained. “It responds to people who need spaces that support both productivity and recovery. Much like a cocoon, the environment protects, restores, and nurtures.”
The project’s park-adjacent setting informed this approach, encouraging interiors that feel connected to the natural environment without attempting to replicate it directly.
