Filinvest Hospitality names Francis Gotianun CEO, James Montenegro president and COO

Filinvest Hospitality has appointed Francis Gotianun as chief executive officer and James Montenegro as president and chief operating officer, marking a leadership transition aimed at strengthening the group’s position in the domestic hospitality sector.

The company said the appointments signal its focus on sustained expansion and operational discipline as it continues to grow its portfolio of hotels, resorts and destination-led developments nationwide.

Filinvest Hospitality manages brands including Crimson Hotels & Resorts, Quest Hotels & Resorts, and Grafik Hotel Collection, with projects located in key business and leisure destinations.

Beyond accommodations, the group operates a portfolio of dining concepts. These include Enye by Chele Gonzalez, recognized by the Michelin Guide; Aka by Naoki Eguchi; Azure Beach Club; Saffron Café; Rare Bar & Grill; Puso Bistro & Bar; and Mosaic Latin Grill, which was recently named Best Restaurant in the island at the Condé Nast Johansens Awards for Excellence 2026. The portfolio also includes Baker J, Firehouse Pizza, and Alibi Lounge & Bar.

Its active and lifestyle assets include Mimosa Plus Golf Course in Clark; Aum Spa, operating across the group’s two Crimson properties; and Timberland Mountain Bike Park.

Ria Sarrosa has also been appointed first vice president, overseeing hotel and restaurant operations across the portfolio.

The leadership announcement was made during a media luncheon at Firehouse Pizza at Quest Plus Conference Center Manila.

Filinvest Hospitality is the hospitality arm of Filinvest Development Corporation, managing a growing network of hospitality assets across the country.
