SANJOS Market Langgam, a commercial affiliate of P.A. Properties, marked its sixth anniversary with a community event attended by administrators, tenants, and customers.
The celebration opened with a parade led by a marching band that passed through nearby communities. The route began at the market and went through P.A. Properties residential developments, including St. Joseph Village 9, St. Joseph Village 10, and St. Joseph Ridgeview, as well as Barangays Langgam and Laram, before returning to the market grounds. Candies were distributed along the way, particularly to families and children.
Activities continued at the market, where official merchandise, such as aprons, was given to tenants in appreciation of their continued partnership. A photo booth was also set up for customers and tenants to commemorate the occasion. Select stalls offered anniversary promotions, including complimentary ice cream and upsize offers, while additional stalls were installed near the stage area.
The anniversary observance concluded with a Thanksgiving Mass on February 9, 2026, officiated by Rev. Fr. Reynaldo R. Reloj, in gratitude for the market’s years of operations and community support.
