Ayala Land, Inc. is reinforcing its presence in the premium real estate segment with the continued expansion of its upscale brand, Alveo Land Corp., including the launch of a new residential development in Negros Occidental.
With more than 35 years of experience in master-planned estates, Ayala Land has developed integrated communities that combine residential, commercial, institutional, and lifestyle components designed to create long-term value. In Negros Occidental, the company has undertaken projects aimed at supporting economic activity and enhancing daily living, establishing a foundation for further growth in the province.
Alveo, the upscale residential arm of Ayala Land, has developed more than 70 residential and mixed-use communities across 13 growth centers nationwide. Its portfolio includes high-rise condominiums, residential lots, and mixed-use developments in established locations such as Nuvali, Bonifacio Global City, Makati, and Alabang. These projects are characterized by planned open spaces and amenities integrated into their respective estates.
Building on its national portfolio, Alveo is expanding in the Visayas with its first residential village in Negros Occidental. The project will rise within Northpoint, Ayala Land’s estate in Talisay City, and is positioned to reflect the brand’s design and sustainability standards while responding to the local setting.
The company said further details about the Northpoint residential village will be released in the coming months.
