PNB Holdings Corp. has expanded its sustainability initiatives through a partnership with Rezbin, a tech-enabled waste management company, with the launch of EcoStation, a recycling program aimed at making responsible waste disposal more accessible and measurable across its major properties.
The EcoStation program reinforces PHC’s focus on responsible waste management as part of its broader transformation roadmap. By integrating Rezbin’s technology-driven system, the initiative seeks to promote proper waste segregation while enabling transparent monitoring of environmental impact within PHC-managed developments.
PNB Holdings chief operating officer Joselito R. Consunji said sustainability remains a core consideration in how the company develops and manages its assets.

“As a property developer and asset manager, it is our responsibility to build and operate in a way that uplifts communities and protects the environment,” Consunji said. “Our partnership with Rezbin demonstrates PHC’s commitment to responsible business practices. Beyond compliance, we want to take meaningful steps that encourage a culture of sustainability among our employees, tenants, and partners.”
EcoStation utilizes Rezbin’s behavior-driven, rewards-based recycling model, which is designed to encourage consistent participation through simple user interactions and incentives. The platform allows users to scan, document, and dispose of recyclables, earning eco-points for every valid drop-off that can be redeemed through the Rezbin mobile application.

The system also provides administrators with real-time dashboards that track the volume and type of recyclables collected, enabling more transparent reporting and data-driven assessment of waste diversion efforts across PHC properties.
Rezbin co-founder and chief executive officer Mari Martirez said the collaboration allows the company to extend its recycling solutions to large-scale commercial environments.
“Rezbin was built on the belief that recycling should be simple, accessible, and impactful,” Martirez said. “Partnering with PNB Holdings allows us to bring our behavior-driven recycling system to major commercial properties. By using technology and incentives, we’re empowering PHC’s communities to adopt sustainable habits and contribute to real, measurable impact.”
The EcoStation launch forms part of PHC’s wider sustainability agenda, which includes improving waste management systems, reducing its environmental footprint, and preparing future developments to meet higher standards for responsible and future-ready buildings.
