Grand Hyatt Manila earns multiple prestigious honors in 2025

Grand Hyatt Manila is closing the year with a strong slate of international recognitions, reaffirming its position as one of the country’s leading luxury hotels. The property was recently named Best Business Hotel – Manila at the Business Traveller Asia Pacific Awards in Singapore and Best Hotel – Manila at the TTG Travel Awards, alongside citations from MICHELIN, Travel + Leisure, and DestinAsian.

These accolades place the Bonifacio Global City (BGC) landmark among the region’s most awarded properties in 2025, strengthening its standing with business and leisure travelers.

The Business Traveller Asia Pacific Awards, held on October 21 at The Westin, Singapore, spotlight the top-performing airlines, hotels, and travel services across the region. This annual recognition is known for honoring industry leaders who elevate customer experience, innovation, and service standards. Earlier in the season, Grand Hyatt Manila was also cited at the TTG Travel Awards in Bangkok, where it received the Best Hotel – Manila distinction under the Travel Supplier category. Winners are selected exclusively by travel consultants, tour operators, and destination management companies.

In August, the property was included in the 2025 MICHELIN Guide Hotel Selection, placing it among only 20 Philippine hotels recognized by MICHELIN’s anonymous inspectors. The listing praised the hotel for its scale, architecture, and refined design, noting that “its rooms and suites feature large windows, marble bathrooms, and warm wood finishes, along with expansive city views. Dining is a highlight, from a theatrical 3D dinner at The Peak to dim sum and dry-aged steaks across the property. With a club lounge, spa, and one of the city’s largest pools, Grand Hyatt Manila offers a nuanced stay for both work trips and weekend escapes.”

The hotel also ranked among the Top 3 Best City Hotels in the Philippines in the Travel + Leisure Luxury Awards Asia Pacific, which evaluates properties based on overall guest experience and service consistency. DestinAsian’s 2025 Readers’ Choice Awards further recognized Grand Hyatt Manila as the Top 2 Best Hotel in the Philippines, reflecting the property’s strong impression on an audience attuned to quality and hospitality excellence.

“To be recognized by Business Traveller Asia Pacific, TTG Asia, MICHELIN Guide, Travel + Leisure, and DestinAsian in a single year is a profound honor,” said Roger Habermacher, General Manager of Grand Hyatt Manila. “Each accolade reflects the trust and admiration of our guests, industry peers, and global experts. These milestones are a testament to our team’s unwavering commitment to excellence, and they inspire us to continue redefining luxury hospitality in the Philippines and beyond.”

Strategically located in BGC, Grand Hyatt Manila continues to build its reputation through its expansive event facilities, refined accommodations, and diverse dining concepts. This year’s distinctions underscore the hotel’s influence in the region’s competitive luxury hospitality landscape and highlight its growing appeal among international travelers.
