Filinvest City is once again marking the holiday season by activating its network of parks and public spaces, reinforcing the township’s positioning as a walkable, people-centered district in the Metro South. The 244-hectare development has transformed its green corridors, central parklands, and community areas into festive destinations that highlight the value of open spaces in modern urban living.
Central Park serves as the visual anchor of this year’s Christmas installations, distinguished by oversized snowflakes, botanical accents, and a towering Christmas tree designed to draw families and office workers back into the township’s heart. Creekside is illuminated with snow-colored reindeer and crystal-themed pines, while the area around the Chapel features glowing butterflies and floral elements that soften the surroundings and create a quiet, contemplative atmosphere.
Weekly events complement these installations, with open-air music performances and a food bazaar encouraging residents and visitors to rediscover familiar spaces from a new perspective. The township’s Christmas theme, Celebrate Magical Christmas Moments, places emphasis on community presence and shared experiences, underscoring the continuing shift toward open, inclusive environments within mixed-use estates.
“What’s special about Christmas in Filinvest City is how people naturally gather here,” said Don Ubaldo, Head of Filinvest Townships. “Our parks and open spaces become places where everyone can slow down, connect, and just enjoy being with the people they love.”
The Magical Lights Spectacle at The Tree begins on November 22, followed by fireworks in the evening. Central Park will host OPM acts throughout the season, including SunKissed Lola on November 29 and Earl Agustin on December 13. Meanwhile, Eats by the Park Food Bazaar opens every weekend, drawing the township’s residents and workers to its growing dining scene.
Beyond the seasonal activities, Filinvest City continues to emphasize the role of open spaces in shaping sustainable communities.
