Ayala Land introduces a future-ready CBD anchored on sustainability and regional growth
Metro Nuvali is taking shape as Southern Luzon’s next major business hub, presenting a scaled, masterplanned district that blends enterprise, culture, and community living in a single, connected metropolis. Unveiled by Ayala Land, the 200-hectare development marks a new chapter not only for the Nuvali estate but for the wider CALABARZON region, positioning the South for its most ambitious wave of urban growth yet.
Located within Nuvali’s 2,500-hectare eco-community, Metro Nuvali is envisioned as a contemporary model for city-building where workplaces, civic destinations, and open spaces function in a cohesive environment. Its design is focused on the integration of green corridors tied to commercial blocks, public plazas that anchor daily life, and infrastructure that anticipates future demand. This vision allows the emerging CBD to offer a gentler, more human-centered destination, while still supporting the economic momentum of the region.
A district designed for enterprise and everyday life
Metro Nuvali’s framework is organized around three distinct yet interlinked districts. Each one serves a specific role in shaping the future business capital of CALABARZON, creating a balanced environment for growth and community life.
The Lakeside District serves as the lively gateway to the development. With Ayala Malls Nuvali at its core, the area is expanding with nearly 50,000 square meters of new retail to open by next year. The mall’s multi-level wing, future office towers, Seda Hotel, and its seamless interface with the lakeside are intended to build a destination that reshapes the leisure and commercial landscape of the South.

Toward the center, the Central District holds the civic and business heart of Metro Nuvali. Modern office towers and flexible workspaces frame its plan, supported by a three-hectare Central Park that connects to the East Bloc Garden. This cluster aims to nurture a community that thrives in collaboration and creativity, which is an important complement to CALABARZON’s accelerating economy.
On the southern side, the Civic District serves as the institutional anchor. It’s where the Santa Rosa Civic Complex brings together a Satellite City Hall, Convention Center, Hotel, and Command Center in a two-hectare site designed to support governance and public services. Within the district, the Nuvali Parish Church remains a symbolic place for gatherings and community life. With direct access to the Casile–Tagaytay Road, this southern connecting point becomes a strategic gateway bridging Cavite, Tagaytay, and Laguna.
Across all three districts, mobility is prioritized through walkable green corridors, interconnected road networks, and planned public transport links, ensuring that the emerging city center remains navigable and community-oriented as it grows.
Connectivity that expands the region’s potential
Metro Nuvali strengthens its role within a larger regional framework through its ties to surrounding destinations within the Nuvali estate. It is linked to Solenad, the 36-hectare sports and arts hub; Nuvali Commons, the social quarter; and South Nuvali, a network of parks and residential neighborhoods. Its reach will further extend when the Carmona–Biñan Link Road opens in 2028, enhancing access to SLEX, CALAX, and the future CTBEX. The improved network positions Metro Nuvali as one of the South’s most strategically connected districts.
Poised for the next wave of southern growth
Ayala Land has shaped Nuvali for over 15 years as a benchmark for sustainable living. Metro Nuvali builds directly on this foundation, emerging as the next evolution of a long-term plan for a modern, sustainable metropolis in Southern Luzon. With its scale, infrastructure, and future-ready planning, it offers a significant opportunity for businesses looking for a presence in one of the country’s most dynamic growth corridors.
Metro Nuvali signals a future where enterprise, lifestyle, community, and connectivity reinforce one another—a future closer than it seems.
