Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation (PDO) has been recognized for its commitment to building inclusive and sustainable communities, winning two distinctions at the Dot Property Philippines Awards 2025.
The developer’s Pueblo de Oro Westwoods Heights in Batangas City was named Best Affordable Housing Development, while Pueblo de Oro Townscapes Malvar in Batangas received the award for Best Green Development.
“These recognitions affirm our commitment to building homes and communities that are not only affordable but also environmentally responsible,” said Pueblo de Oro President and COO Prim Nolido. “We are proud to contribute to the evolving landscape of sustainable living in Batangas.”

Now in its milestone year, the Dot Property Philippines Awards placed a spotlight on projects that make a lasting impact beyond design, highlighting accessibility, innovation, and sustainability in the local real estate industry.
PDO Westwoods Heights sits on a 13-hectare enclave in Barangay Tingga Itaas, offering over 500 house-and-lot units and open lots. At its heart is a green linear park, while modern Filipino architectural details tie the development to local character. Positioned just outside Metro Manila, the community responds to the growing demand for well-designed homes that remain within reach.

Meanwhile, PDO Townscapes Malvar is part of a 295-hectare masterplanned township, spanning 48 hectares with sustainability incorporated into its design. Nearly 40 percent of the property is devoted to open spaces, complemented by bike lanes, jogging trails, and a continuous green loop. Homes in the development are EDGE-certified, with amenities that allow up to 20 percent energy savings and 52 percent water efficiency.
The township also features a commercial hub, Abba’s Orchard Montessori School, and PDO’s sister company Light Industry & Science Park IV, ensuring residents live in a complete community where work, learning, and recreation come together.
