PNB Holdings Corp. (PHC) has entered into a lease agreement with homegrown fitness brand BeFit to open its newest flagship branch at the PNB Makati Center, a 13-storey commercial property in the heart of the Central Business District.
The ceremonial signing was held on June 24 at PHC’s head office in Makati City, formally welcoming BeFit as part of the property’s expanding tenant mix.
BeFit was founded with the vision of reshaping the health and wellness experience in the Philippines by making premium gyms more accessible and convenient. Its upcoming 1,300-sqm facility at PNB Makati Center reflects this mission, strategically located near offices and residences to place fitness within easy reach.
“BeFit is about making fitness something you can actually stick with,” said Brian Cu, co-founder of BeFit and former president of Grab Philippines. “We’re building gyms that feel premium but never intimidating, spaces where you can show up just as you are, with no pressure, no contracts, and no gimmicks. The new branch will feature over 100 machines across cardio, strength, and functional training zones, alongside dedicated spaces such as a Booty Builder section, recovery lounge, and indoor track. Members can also access group classes led by expert coaches. Operating 24/7, BeFit offers both lock-in and no lock-in memberships, designed to fit a variety of lifestyles and routines.
