As Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) celebrates its 45th year, its office development and leasing arm, Robinsons Offices, has emerged as the country’s top office developer in the second quarter of 2025, according to CBRE Philippines.
Robinsons Offices posted nearly 50,000 square meters of new office transactions—the highest among developers nationwide—securing the largest share of IT-BPM deals and reaffirming its role in supporting the Philippines’ leading job-generating sector.
Driving this strong performance is GBF Center 2 in Bridgetowne, which alone contributed 27,100 square meters of transactions, making it the top-performing office tower in the country during the quarter. Built with energy-efficient systems and smart building features, GBF Center 2 embodies the company’s pillars of being premium, accessible, future-ready, and sustainable.
“We are proud to lead the market—not just in square meters, but in purpose,” said Mybelle Aragon GoBio, President and CEO of RLC. “This milestone reflects our commitment to building not only office towers but communities that help build better lives.”
Echoing this, Jericho P. Go, Senior Vice President and General Manager, emphasized: “Our strong second quarter shows the trust of the IT-BPM sector and other growth industries in Robinsons Offices. We are committed to expand in emerging business hubs, offering premium-grade workspaces that generate jobs, keep families together, and create a brighter tomorrow.”
As the Philippine economy continues to grow, Robinsons Offices remains at the forefront—delivering future-ready spaces for both local and global enterprises, while advancing a shared vision of sustainable and inclusive progress.
