Robinsons Land Corporation named Best Developer for fourth consecutive year

Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) has once again been named Best Developer in the Philippines at the 13th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards—marking its fourth consecutive win, further solidifying its status as a leader in the country’s real estate industry.

Receiving the Best Developer–Philippines award in 2022, 2023, 2024, and now 2025 stands as a testament to RLC’s steadfast dedication to quality, thoughtful planning, and delivering spaces that inspire and endure.

RLC, which has been serving nearly every facet of Filipino life for almost half a century now, has 300 developments nationwide including 56 malls, 32 office developments and 11 co-working hubs, 26 hotels and resorts, 134 residential developments, 33 destination estates and mixed-use communities, and 13 logistics and industrial facilities.

Gokongwei was given the inaugural Life Achievement Award at the ceremony—an honor that celebrates a lifetime of visionary leadership and enduring impact on the industry. Together, these victories mark a powerful chapter in RLC’s legacy of excellence.

Robinsons Land was also named Best Developer (Luzon) and Best Sustainable Developer award, testament to its dedication to building environmentally responsible spaces and promoting long-term sustainability in real estate.

The company was likewise honored as Best Luxury Developer, recognizing its ability to craft sophisticated, high-end developments that deliver elevated living experiences and reflect world-class design, comfort, and prestige.

RLove by Robinsons Land  Foundation, Inc., which champions social welfare through philanthropy, volunteerism, and collaborative advocacy was given the Social Impact Award.

Robinsons Offices, the office development and leasing arm of RLC, received the Best Commercial Developer award. Its developments in different parts of the country had multiple other wins. Cybergate Iloilo Tower 2 was highly commended. Built not just for business but for balance, this LEED-certified office building in Pavia stands as a beacon of sustainable progress in Iloilo, designed with people at its core.

Cybergate Dumaguete was also highly commended. This premium three-level office building within the Robinsons Dumaguete complex offers 7,200 square meters of BPO-grade space—the first of its kind in Negros Oriental. Designed to support local careers and community growth, it features smart, flexible interiors, seamless mall access, sustainable technologies, and excellent connectivity to transport hubs, making it a catalyst for regional progress rooted in homegrown potential.

GBF Centers 1 & 2, which exemplify Robinsons Offices’ vision of building future-ready workspaces that are as sustainable as they are sophisticated, were awarded Best Green Commercial Development. Recently certified LEED Gold v4, GBF Centers 1 & 2 are the largest office development in the Philippines to reach this green building milestone. With energy-efficient systems, rooftop solar panels, water-saving features, and wellness-focused design elements, these buildings create a healthier and more sustainable workspace for today’s workforce.

GBF Center 2, located at the gateway of Bridgetowne Destination Estate, was also given the awards for Best Office Architectural Design and Best Office Interior Design. Its standout feature is its inverted silhouette, with expanding floorplates as the tower rises. It offers premium spaces and panoramic views of Ortigas and the Sierra Madre mountains. Located at the intersection of major roads, GBF Center 2 combines striking modern design, energy-efficient features, and prime accessibility.

The award for Best Co-Working Space was given to work.able GBF Center 1. Tucked within the vibrant Bridgetowne Destination Estate, work.able’s first premium
center combines Filipino heritage and modern func-tionality, featuring bahay-na-bato-inspired design, Vigan tiles, and thoughtfully crafted spaces like private offices, a townhall, and sleeping pods that honor rest.

RLC Residences, the residential brand of Robinsons Land which offers homes that are well-designed, built to last, and ready for the future, was honored for its focus on sustainability—it received the Sustainable Design Award and Energy Efficiency Award.

RLC Residences’ developments, which encapsulate its mantra “Raise, Live, and Connect,” also received recognition. Le Pont Residences, RLC Residences’ first premium high-rise development in the Bridgetowne estate, was highly commended. Le Pont, French for “The Bridge,” offers one to three-bedroom units and
bi-level penthouses with smart-home features and loggias, complemented by expansive, hyper-sized amenities. It’s the first and only EDGE-certified residential development in Bridgetowne.

The Velaris Residences North Tower by RHK Land Corporation, a high-end residential development in Bridgetowne by RLC in partnership with Hongkong Land, was awarded Best Luxury Condo Development (Metro Manila) and Best Condo Development (Philippines).

Mantawi Residences, RLC Residences’ first premium condominium project in Cebu, was also highly commended. This four-tower development in Mandaue City features spacious one  to three-bedroom units and expansive penthouses with smart-home devices and loggia. Residents here get to enjoy a 1.3-hectare area with beach-inspired pools, a pet park, landscaped gardens, and retail offerings—convenience and comfort in a masterfully planned space.

Luxury residential towers The Residences at The Westin Manila bagged the Best Completed Condo Development award. Located in Ortigas Center and developed by RLC Residences in partnership with Marriott International, it’s the first Westin-branded residence in Southeast Asia. It features thoughtful design, premium finishes, sweeping city views and hotel-inspired amenities including The Haven’s four levels of leisure and business facilities, Sky Lounge, fitness studios, and an indoor lap pool.

SYNC by RLC Residences, a four-tower residential project located along C5 Road in Bagong Ilog, Pasig City, won Best Mid-End Condo (Manila). Designed for modern millennials on a quest for work-life balance, it features more than 30 indoor and outdoor amenities.

Sierra Valley Gardens, the first smart suburban community in Cainta, Rizal, was highly commended. Blending sanctuary, sustainability, and connectivity in one vibrant address, Sierra Valley Garden’s many features include green innovations such as solar panels, rainwater harvesting, and EV charging provisions.

Also highly commended was Springdale Baliwag. Strategically located in Bulacan, a convenient 90 minutes from Manila, this gated subdivision by RLC Residences offers affordable house-and-lots for families. The move-in ready homes with carports and gardens are complemented by amenities like a multi-purpose clubhouse, pools, a multi-sport outdoor court, a children’s playground, and pocket parks.

13th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards

Robinsons Hotels and Resorts (RHR), known for show-casing signature Filipino hospitality, was recognized with several honors including Best Hospitality Developer and Best Operational Hospitality Portfolio. RHR stands as the Philippines’ largest hotel group in terms of property count, renowned for its wide-ranging portfolio of hotels and resorts. Fili Hotel Bridgetowne, the Philippines’ first homegrown 5-star hospitality brand, was awarded Best Hotel Development.
