In recognition of his contribution to the real estate industry, Pueblo de Oro Vice President for Sales and Marketing John Vincent Rapiz was named Asia’s Champion for Smart Solutions in Real Estate at the recently culminated 2025 Asia’s Golden Icon Awards held on June 27, 2025 at Okada Manila.
As an executive at the ICCP Group, a diversified conglomerate engaged in investment banking, venture capital, industrial estate development, exhibition halls operation, and township and residential development, Rapiz currently serves as the vice president for sales and marketing for Pueblo De Oro. He previously held the same role at Cadence Properties, the ICCP Group’s newest company.
With a career in the real estate sector spanning over 15 years, Rapiz has held leadership posts in several leading development firms in the country. He is also an alumnus of the University of the Philippines (Master of Urban and Regional Planning, Estate Planning and Development) and the De La Salle College of Saint Benilde (Executive Diploma in Real Estate Development). Rapiz is also a PhD candidate at the University of the Philippines (Doctor of Urban and Regional Planning, Estate Planning and Development).

The Asia’s Golden Icon Awards is a prestigious recognition program dedicated to honoring community icons—individuals and businesses that have made a significant impact through their excellence, influence, and innovation. This year’s executive board includes Dr. Ronnel P. Ybañez, Sen. Gringo Honasan II, Cong. Marissa Magsino, USec. Vidal Villanueva II, Dr. Sergio Luiz-Ortiz Jr, DG Tereso Panga, and Consul Enunina Mangio.
