Felino “Jun” Palafox, Jr., drawing from the concept of “Ecopolis” to create a cityscape that seamlessly integrates the environment. “Kahi Estates is built to exemplify how our environment shapes us,” said Ar. Amenities at Kahi Estates will include a clubhouse, a linear park, and spaces for gathering and relaxation. Central to the design are sustainable features such as eco-friendly homes, urban gardens to support farm-to-table living, and rainwater harvesting systems utilizing butterfly roofs for efficient water collection.
The project also integrates green infrastructure and energy-efficient elements, including preserved fruit-bearing trees, enhanced open spaces, shaded, tree-lined streetscapes, and accessible community farms and vegetable gardens.
