Megaworld Hotels & Resorts triumphs at the 27th Mabuhay Awards

In a significant recognition of its commitment to elevating the Filipino brand of service, Megaworld Hotels & Resorts (MHR) celebrated a major milestone at the 27th Mabuhay Awards, hosted by the Association of Human Resources Managers of the Philippines (AHRM) on November 4, 2024, at New World Makati Hotel. MHR’s Corporate Assistant Director of People Management and Development, Trixie Tan, was named HR Leader of the Year—a prestigious accolade that underscores her leadership and MHR’s dedication to exemplary service through its people.

This year’s Mabuhay Awards, themed “PILI at PINO, Yan ang Pilipino,” paid tribute to the Filipino Brand of Service Excellence, showcasing the talents and passion of outstanding HR leaders, managers, and employees across the industry. The recognition also follows MHR Managing Director Cleofe Albiso’s own Mabuhay Gold Award win in 2022, a testament to the organization’s lasting impact in the hospitality sector.
