In a significant gesture of community partnership, Don Tino Realty & Development Corp. (DTRDC) has officially turned over the road lots from its premier residential developments—Willshire Homes, Wellington Homes, and Villa Dulalia Fatima Homes—to the City Government of Valenzuela.
The ceremonial turnover of the Transfer Certificates of Title (TCT) for the road lots was led by Valenzuela City Mayor Weslie Gatchalian and Vice Mayor Lorie Natividad-Borja, along with the esteemed City Council. Also present were key leaders from the Dulalia Group of Companies, including Jexter L. Dulalia, President of Don Tino Realty & Development Corp.; Annarose Pe, President of DL Holdings, Inc.; Adrian Pe, President of Adrian Investments and Development Corp.; Conirose Dulalia, President of F.S. Dulalia Realty Inc.; and James Dulalia, President of Grand 3J Builders. Florentino S. Dulalia Jr., the Group’s Chairman & Founder and the first recipient of the Dr. Pio Valenzuela Award for Business and Economics, was also in attendance, further strengthening his legacy in the city and the real estate industry.
