Ayala Land Premier tops off first office building project

Ayala Land Premier (ALP), the legacy brand for premium properties of listed, full-line real estate company has added a new dimension to its solid reputation as the top high-end real estate developer in the country as it nears completion of its very first office project, One Vertis Plaza.

Situated in a prime area within ALI’s 46-hectare, mixed-use, master planned estate Vertis North in Quezon City, it is also the only premier corporate address of its kind in the city thus far.

The 42-level tower has recently been topped off in a ceremony led by ALP officers together with project team partners and consultants, signaling the structural completion of the building and the on-track turnover of its office spaces targeted in 2024.

One Vertis Plaza is Ayala Land Premier’s first-ever office development as well as the only premier corporate address of its kind in Quezon City.

One Vertis Plaza houses 372 office units with sizes ranging from 101 to 325 square meters. 

It attains a distinctively premier corporate atmosphere with a low density of only eight to 10 units on each floor, which has a typical area of 2,319 square meters.

A major building design feature that makes One Vertis Plaza a premium-grade office building is its mixed-use ground level.

The entry experience begins at The Concourse—a spacious, grand motor court that allows for efficient vehicular circulation, leading to a double-volume lobby area called The Gallery.
